Saturday, November 13, the ZBC Youth will be holding a Veterans Day luncheon in the Fellowship Hall at 12:30 p.m. to honor the men and women that served our country in the military.  Please sign up by calling the church office by Monday, November 8.  Families are invited as well to attend this luncheon, but please give the number of people in your party (and any dietary restrictions).  We look forward to honoring our veterans!

All of the Sunday School Faculty is invited to join us for a faculty meeting on Sunday, January 9 at 4:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.  You will hear from our new Interim Minister of Spiritual Formation, our Sunday School Directors, and outgoing Pastor, Jack Glasgow.  The meeting will conclude by 5:30 p.m.

Trash Pick Up in Zebulon — We will meet at ZBC on Friday, April 22 for a light breakfast at 8:15 a.m. and then go to Public Works of Zebulon and receive instructions, orange vest, trash bags, and “picker uppers.” We will be finished no later than 11:30 am. Sunday, July 24, at 6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall, the ZBCY that attended the Mission Trip to Touching Miami with Love would like to invite the congregation to a night of sharing their experiences from their week together.  This will be a time to share memories and the love they each experienced on the trip to Miami and Homestead, Florida.  The youth will then gather at the Williams’ home for Sunday Night Live from 8:00-9:00 p.m.  

A nice tradition at ZBC is to have occasional “Safe and Sacred Space” discussion where members can discuss topics of Bible, theology, or world affairs in a safe and accepting environment.  Come and join us for light refreshments and intriguing discussion.  Mike Cogdill will lead this session.  Mark your calendars!
