Meditation

Did you know that —

~ Meditation is a form of prayer time.

~ Meditation is about LISTENING to God, when all too often our prayer life is about TALKING to God.

~ Meditation is not about turning off your “brain” and your thoughts.

~ Meditation is about not getting involved in those thoughts that occupy your mind.

~ Meditation is sitting in stillness, being open, aware, and listening.

Please join us for our every other Monday morning meditation as we practice the ART of Listening to the Divine.  We will be in the Sanctuary Monday, December 28 at 8:30 a.m.  Meditation is led by Linda Griffin.
